Session Length: 60 min
Sit down with a 2x Professional Football Champion and study film related to your position, opponents, or college and professional teams. Build your football IQ, improve your understanding of the game, and gain an edge over the competition.
The goal is simple: learn it, understand it, and then apply it.

• 30 Minutes of Film Study & Football IQ Development
• 60 Minutes of Position-Specific Field Training
• Personalized Coaching & Feedback
